Product
Do I need to install an app?
No. You message Enola like any other contact. The macOS build is the only client you add, and even that is only needed for work that touches your computer.
Which channels does Enola answer on?
WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, and Apple Messages. Every channel lands in the same account-level conversation, so switching phones or apps never forks your context.
What can Enola actually do?
It answers questions, drafts and files messages, moves and holds time, keeps reminders, and runs the recipes you set up. Anything that would touch your Mac becomes a pending task you approve first.
What happens to a message from a stranger?
It creates a guest identity with no account and no computer access. Support, account updates, and the tasks you asked for stay separate from anything promotional.
Does Enola work on Android?
Yes, through messages. RCS and SMS arrive on Android phones and WhatsApp works everywhere. There is no Android app to install and no Enola client running on your phone.
Plans and billing
How much does Enola cost?
Enola is free to start on every channel. Pro is $19 a month, or $192 a year. There is no third tier: everything beyond your plan is pay-as-you-go, so you never hit a wall. Ask in the thread to change plan.
Is Enola still in private preview?
The messaging service is open. The macOS build is still labelled a private preview build, and you can request access from any page on this site.
How do I cancel or delete my account?
Text STOP to the number that messaged you, or write to support@eno.la. Account deletion is handled by our team within 24 hours, and removal from backup archives may take a little longer.
Privacy and approvals
How do approvals work?
Messaging cannot reach your computer. Anything that touches your Mac becomes a pending task with a one-time link that expires in ten minutes, approved inside Enola with device authentication.
What does Enola store?
Your threads, the recipes you wrote, and the dictionary of names and terms you taught it. Passwords and payment details never enter the conversation, and the macOS app keeps its own credentials in the system keychain.
Can I use Enola at work?
Yes. Enola for Work is a second line with its own scope, so work tasks, approvals, and the Mac that approves them stay separate from your personal thread.
