The rules
How the inbox behaves.
- One number is the whole product. Every channel resolves to the same account-level thread.
- Voice notes, photos, documents, and links arrive as requests, and answers come back in the same thread.
- There is no Enola app on your phone: the macOS build is the only client you add, and only for work that needs it.
- Anything that touches your Mac becomes a pending task with a one-time link that expires in ten minutes.
