Enola Messaging Terms
Terms for Enola’s text messaging program, including HELP and STOP. Last updated October 1, 2026.
The program
- Program name: Enola.
- Operated by: Grid Heap, Inc.
- Phone line: +1 (510) 443-6652 (SMS). Enola is also available on WhatsApp at the same number.
- What it is: Enola is a personal AI assistant you text. Enola sends replies to the requests you send, one-time reminders you ask for, and account and service notices (for example, confirming that you joined or opted out).
- No marketing: Enola does not send marketing or promotional messages.
These Messaging Terms are part of our Terms of Use. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
How you opt in
Enola is invite-only. To join, you:
- request an invitation at eno.la;
- accept the invitation sent to your email;
- verify your own mobile number with a one-time code;
- agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy; and
- text Enola first, from the number you verified.
See how text-message consent works, with screenshots of each step.
Texting Enola is your consent to receive replies and the messages described above at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Only text Enola from a number you own or are authorized to use. Enola only messages you; it does not text other people on your behalf.
Message frequency and rates
- Message frequency varies. Enola replies to the messages you send and sends reminders you request; one request can produce more than one reply.
- Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile plan; contact your carrier for details.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Do not rely on Enola for urgent or emergency communications. Enola cannot contact emergency services; in an emergency, call 911.
